Bread

Most of us including our children love to eat bread.We eat bread for breakfast, sometimes lunch and dinner. Where do we get our breads? We always buy it even though we hear from multiple sources about the nutritional content and etc.

How about doing our own bread? We feel that buying bread maker is expensive. Is it really expensive compared to our family health ? Please think about it. ( If you have doubts about which bread maker to buy or need some tips you can contact me .. 12munni21@gmail.com)

Bread

Ingredients

250 ml full cream milk
500 grams high protein/wholemeal flour
    2 tablespoon butter
    2 tablespoon sugar
    1 egg (optional)
    1 teaspoon salt
     2 teaspoon yeast
     2 ice cubes
   
Mexican Bun

Toppings

200 gram flour
200 gram butter
160 gram castor sugar
    3 eggs
    2 1/2 tablespoon nescafe/mocca/etc
